Safety measures and visiting rules at Body Aesthetics Laser Center during the COVID-19 pandemic

Body Aesthetics Laser Center operates under strict safety measures aimed at preventing the spread of COVID-19. We adhere to disinfection protocols and follow our work regimen in accordance with the epidemiological guidelines set by the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization. We monitor the development of the pandemic daily and adapt to any new information.

We want to assure you that as medical professionals, we prioritize the health and safety of our clients and staff. Please note that, if necessary, the published measures may be changed without prior notice, so it is advisable to refer to them before scheduling each subsequent appointment.

Before making an appointment

Procedures are performed only by appointment, scheduled in advance via phone, email, the contact form on our website, or through our social media pages. To avoid waiting on-site, our schedule is meticulously planned. Please arrive on time so that we can promptly receive and serve you within the allocated time. During pandemic it is preferable to come alone unless absolutely necessary.

Before scheduling an appointment, please ensure that you meet the following requirements:

  • You didn’t have any contact with an infected person in the last 14 days before your appointment.
  • You do not have symptoms such as a fever, fatigue, muscle aches, chills, sore throat, cough, or shortness of breath.
  • You use personal protective equipment upon your arrival at the center.
  • You adhere to strict disinfection and personal hygiene practices.
  • You comply with social distancing requirements.
  • In case of any doubt that you are not entirely healthy, please postpone your visit.

Your confirmed reservation is considered a declaration of consent and the assumption of responsibility that all specified requirements have been adhered to.

During your appointment

Upon entering Body Aesthetics Laser Center, you will be asked to wear disposable shoe covers and disinfect your hands with the provided antibacterial gel. You can also choose to wear disposable protective gloves. Please enter with only essential items such as a debit/credit card and phone. Your therapist will guide you to a waiting area if necessary and invite you into the treatment room, indicating where to leave your personal belongings and clothing.

Despite the spacious layout of our center, we will allow a maximum of two people at a time in the waiting areas during pandemic, ensuring a safe distance of 10 meters between them. Waiting outside the center is also possible if needed.

Disinfection during pandemic

Before and after each client, as well as throughout the entire working day, we adhere to special working conditions during pandemic:

  • We disinfect all surfaces, door handles, and floors.
  • We use a special antibacterial lamp that disinfects the air in the treatment rooms.
  • Our ventilation system operates continuously.
  • All spaces are regularly ventilated.
  • Automatic shoe covers are available for clients at the entrance of our building.
  • We meticulously disinfect instruments, materials, and equipment.
  • Any items that could contribute to virus transmission have been removed.
  • All our staff members are equipped with protective clothing, bonnets, masks, goggles, and helmets.

Please be patient and wait for our team to complete the disinfection process before we can safely attend to you.

Conditions for purchased packages and promotions during force majeure circumstances:

In case of force majeure circumstances:

  • Due to the COVID-19 epidemic,
  • sudden illness that contraindicates the procedures,
  • pregnancy,
  • breastfeeding,

the usage period of purchased packages or promotions with more than one procedure (regardless of the therapy type) is extended by the duration of the disruption.

Example 2: If you purchased a promotional procedure, such as a Hydrafacial with a 10% discount during a campaign, and the usage period is until October 30, and we cannot perform the procedure for 2 months, the usage period will be extended by 2 months—until December 30.

Payment and booking of your next appointment

It is preferable to schedule your next appointment by phone or email, and payments can be made through bank transfer or with a credit/debit card on-site during pandemic.
