THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTIONS ABOUT MORPHEUS8
Morpheus8 is an innovative procedure that combines microneedling and radiofrequency to treat the skin at a deeper level. The technology stimulates the production of new collagen and elastin, remodeling the tissues and improving skin texture, firmness, and rejuvenation.
The procedure is suitable for:
- Tightening and lifting sagging skin
- Reducing wrinkles and fine lines
- Treating acne and acne scars
- Improving skin texture and tightening pores
- Reducing fat deposits (e.g., double chin)
- Minimizing stretch marks and scars
Morpheus8 is a minimally invasive procedure, but some individuals may experience discomfort. A topical anesthetic cream is usually applied to minimize any unpleasant sensations. In more sensitive areas, the sensation may feel like mild pricking or warmth. The procedure is very short in duration, so even if there is some discomfort, it ends quickly. For example, a full face treatment takes about 15–20 minutes, and inner thighs around 20–25 minutes.
- Results:
Initial improvements are usually visible 1–2 weeks after the procedure. The skin continues to improve over the next 3 months as collagen production gradually increases. - Longevity:
Results can last between 1 and 3 years, depending on lifestyle, age, and skin condition. With maintenance sessions, results can be enhanced and prolonged continuously.
Morpheus8 is suitable for almost all skin types and can be used on both younger and older individuals. It is ideal for people looking for a non-surgical solution for skin rejuvenation and improvement of skin texture and fat deposits.
Morpheus8 is a safe procedure when performed by a qualified specialist. Like any treatment or product, it may carry potential side effects, including:
- Redness and slight swelling
- Microscopic scabbing and peeling
- In rare cases – pigmentation changes, usually temporary
- Local pain, skin redness (erythema), swelling (edema), damage to the natural skin texture (crusting, blistering, burns), pigmentation changes (hyper- or hypopigmentation), and scarring
Although these effects are rare and expected to be temporary, redness and swelling may persist for up to 3 weeks and are considered a normal reaction after the procedure. Burns, pigmentation changes, and scarring are very rare and may occur in darker skin tones if proper care is not taken post-treatment. Any unwanted reactions should be reported immediately.

The Morpheus8 procedure begins with a consultation, during which we thoroughly explain to the client the nature of the procedure, its indications, contraindications, possible side effects, and expected results. During this consultation, we assess whether this is the right treatment for the client or if another would be more appropriate.
The client is presented with the informed consent document and gives their permission for the treatment.
The procedure begins with preparation - cleaning and disinfecting the area to be treated.
- Numbing of the area to be treated is done using a topical anesthetic cream containing lidocaine. After applying the anesthetic, the area is covered with plastic wrap and left for 60–80 minutes. If necessary, the anesthetic may be reapplied.
- The anesthetic cream is then removed, and the skin is cleansed and disinfected with alcohol.
- The procedure is then carried out using pre-selected parameters based on the indications and the chosen treatment protocol.A sterile, single-use applicator tip is always used, which is removed and disposed of as biological waste at the end of the procedure.
